Hillary is a certified barre and pilates instructor who has been teaching group fitness classes since 2021. Hillary’s classes prioritize intentional movement and mind-body connection, so cannabis is a natural addition to the practice. Outside of the studio, she is a social worker and adaptive movement instructor.

Anna has been teaching vinyasa yoga since 2022, and is passionate about exploring the benefits of integrating plant medicine into the practice. Outside of the studio, she is a copywriter and aspiring novelist.
